Install Tab
Open the disk image and move Tab into Applications.

Allow access
Tab explains Accessibility and Input Monitoring before opening System Settings.

Start writing
Type in a supported text field and press Option+Tab when a Suggestion appears.

Autocomplete in supported Mac text fields. Nothing is inserted until you accept it.
